Training Passports

For my very first assignment at A1, I was asked to redesign a booklet called the Trainee Passport. Trainees must collect information and a signature from each department head in the booklet before graduating, which forces them to meet and connect with others around the office. Through evaluating the booklet design with the training team and Content Manager, we decided there should be separate Passports for technicians and installers. This led to having two color schemes, which then carried into other aspects of the training program, and different images on the front covers.

The Passports were originally printed in-house on an inkjet printer and stapled together. I established a relationship with the Arizona State University Print and Imaging Lab, which began with high-quality prints of this document and eventually expanded to almost all of our marketing collateral.
